Little Bed!

Well, last Sunday we converted Nicole's crib into a little day bed. She was pretty excited when she figured out that she could get in and out all by herself! But that was one of the things I was worried about, getting in and out throughout the night, and I was also worried about her rolling out of bed all night....

But luckily we were able to find a bed guard that fit the full length of her bed. So when we put it up she doesn't try to get out, not yet anyway, and she can't fall out.

I didn't realize how much of a milestone this was going to be. When I tucked her in for the first time in this little bed I saw a little girl instead of a baby. It's kind of sad. It's amazing how much happens in just 17 months!

There's no more crib in the Krantz home....at least for now!

And Nicole's shoulder seems to be doing much better. She's not complaining about it as much and she's using it much more now.
